Taking good service to the bank


IT HAS been a pleasure banking with service manager Jacqueline Kong at the United Overseas Bank for the past five years.

Miss Kong has displayed exemplary service standards and goes the extra mile whenever I require assistance. She displays initiative, follows up, keeps me updated and is always a problem solver. She makes each trip to the bank an enjoyable one.
