Smokers lighting up again at their Vivocity haunt

AT THE beginning of the year, I highlighted the mistake in allowing smoking along the walkway from VivoCity to the bus stop along Telok Blangah Road. The mall's management apparently responded and relocated the smoking zone.

Unfortunately, smokers are back along the walkway, which is busy with pedestrians. Bolder smokers even light up at the far end of the bus stop next to a big litter bin, which forces commuters to put up with the passive smoke.

Isn't smoking banned at bus stops?
