Anti-litter chief spot on

ANTI-litter campaign chief Liak Teng Lit is spot on ("S'pore a clean city? Don't joke"; Sunday).

Singaporeans must change the attitude that what lies outside our doors are not ours to mind. Instead, we should be mindful that our homes lie beyond our doors or metal gates.
