New Tori King Ramen serves hearty chicken-based ramen

Ramen fans of Keisuke Tonkotsu King at Orchid Hotel might now be able to skip the long queues and head to the chain's Tori King Ramen, at the new 100AM Shopping Mall next to Amara Hotel.

Unlike its pork-based counterpart, this 32-seater outlet features a signature chicken-based Tori King ramen with a fork-tender chicken thigh and drumstick combo that is simmered and then submerged in a premium soy stock overnight and grilled upon order.

Two other soup bases are available at the new outlet, the chain's third in Singapore. There is the peppery Black Spicy, and Green Spicy, which is served with a wasabi sauce for diners to stir into the broth. Prices range from $11.90 to $16.90 for the full works of egg, pork loin and seaweed to accompany the chicken leg and ramen.

For tomorrow and Friday, there will only be about 100 bowls prepared each day, so it is best to dine there from Saturday onwards.
