New feedback portal set up to flush out dirty toilets
The Restroom Association Singapore (RAS) on Wednesday launched Loo (Let's Observe Ourselves) Connect, a feedback portal to enlist public help in identifying dirty toilets.
People can go to the RAS website (toilet.org.sg) to comment on existing dirty toilets or add offending locations, thanks to a OneMap plug-in.
Conversely, they can also view three-, four- or five-star RAS-ranked toilets under the Happy Toilet Programme.
"We hope the public can help us to identify dirty toilets so we can approach the owners, and help turn them into happy toilets," said RAS general manager Emerson Hee.
