Royal couple visit rainforest research centre in Sabah's Danum Valley
Britain's Prince William and Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge, spent the third day of their tour in Malaysia at the Rainforest Research Centre in Danum Valley, some 70km west of Lahad Datu, Sabah.
The royal couple are on their second stop of a nine-day tour of Southeast Asia and the South Pacific on behalf of Queen Elizabeth II to commemorate her Diamond Jubilee.
The Duke and Duchess dressed down for the day, wearing khaki pants and hiking shoes for a casual hike through the rainforest. They also got to spend some alone time together at a nearby lodge for a private lunch.
The royal couple will then travel to Honiara in the Solomon Islands and later Tuvalu.
