THE HOURGLASS SANATORIUM (SANATORIUM POD KLEPSYDRG)
This Polish masterpiece is about Josef, a young man who travels on a ghostly train towards a bizarre, gothic hospital to visit his dying father. The 1973 film won the Special Jury Award at Cannes in 1973. A programme of World Cinema Series, it is in Polish with English subtitles.

RICHARD GALLIANO PIAZZOLLA FOREVER SEPTET 20TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR
This gig by internationally-acclaimed accordionist Richard Galliano which pays tribute to Piazzolla, features tango nuevo compositions comprising revitalised renditions of Piazzolla classics, such as The Four Seeasons, Milonga del Angel and an improvised Libertango and an original Laura et Astor. They are from his new CD Piazzolla Forever released earlier this year. Part of a tour of Asia and Australia by Galliano and his band to mark the 20th death anniversary of Piazzolla, his mentor. It is also part of Mosaic.

Ten established Singapore playwrights who were invited to reflect on their experiences as theatre-makers and their notions of perfection, then captured a perspective of life on earth, in Singapore and in the theatre, through their own 10 stage items from their past productions. HISTORICAL BUS TOUR
