Dyslexia Association of Singapore to offer Chinese programme
The Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) announced plans for a new Chinese programme during a charity gala dinner on Saturday night celebrating its 21st anniversary.
The organisation has seen significant growth in the last three years, with a 70 per cent increase in student enrollment, from 1,300 to 2,300.
Chief executive officer Robin Moseley explained that expanding the scope of the programme beyond basic literacy was a natural progression.
"What is demanded of us today is different from what was demanded of us 20 years ago," he said.
