More than 12,000 runners completed the inaugural The Straits Times Run in the Park at Punggol Waterway Park on Sunday morning.
Clear skies greeted the participants who took part in three categories: 15km competitive, 10km competitive and 5km Fun Run.
But the race, a first of its kind at one of Singapore's newest park connectors, was not without glitches.
Runners were unhappy that the post-race carnival and final water station were quite a distance from the end points. They were also upset over the long queues for the goodie bags.
The organisers would like to apologise for the incidents that may have affected the runners' experience.
They can collect them at the lobby of the Singapore Press Holdings building at 1,000 Toa Payoh North, News Centre, from 10am to 7.30pm.
Participants are reminded to bring along their race confirmation slip, race tag and identity card for identification.
