Richard Neo, 26, and Filipino Jeff Viernes, 27, are two of the three new players the Singapore Slingers will be fielding for basketball's Merlion Cup from Sept 21-25. The other new face is Tay Ding Loon, 22. The Merlion Cup is back after 20 years and will feature six teams including Yao Ming-owned Shanghai Sharks and the Philippines' Mighty Sports.
