Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hitting the first serve at the beach volleyball competition during the two-day OCBC WaterFest at the Singapore Sports Hub yesterday. About 15,000 people turned up to soak in the fun and experience the Sports Hub's water-themed flagship event, which includes canoeing, kayaking, dragon boat racing, beach volleyball and wave surfing.
