More than 1,100 athletes in the fray from 10 countries

Thailand, with 261 athletes, have the biggest contingent among the 10 nations competing at the Asean Para Games.

In all, some 1,185 athletes will feature at the eighth edition of the event, which runs from tomorrow until Wednesday, Dec 9.

Timor Leste were excluded from the biennial affair last week due to the suspension of their National Paralympic Committee by the International Paralympic Committee6.

Here are the sizes of the respective contingents:

• Brunei: 27

• Cambodia: 29

• Indonesia: 189

• Laos: 40

• Malaysia: 192

• Myanmar: 102

• Philippines: 64

• Singapore: 154

• Thailand: 261

• Vietnam: 127
