LionsXII pay the penalty in 1-0 loss to Terengganu's T-Team

KUALA TERENGGANU - The LionsXII crashed to their second defeat of the Malaysian Super League season on Tuesday evening, falling 0-1 to Terengganu's T-Team.

Midfielder Badrul Hisham Morris scored the only goal of the game from the penalty spot in the 75th minute, after defender Faritz Abdul Hameed was adjudged to have handled the ball.

V. Sundramoorthy's side came close to equalising three minutes from the end but substitute Raihan Rahman saw his effort denied by the crossbar.

The LionsXII next travel to Selangor, where they will take on PKNS FC in an FA Cup tie on Friday.
