The first ST Run clinic was held yesterday at B3 Bistro at the Singapore Management University. The clinic was conducted by doctors from Mount Elizabeth Hospitals: (left) Dr Ramesh Subramaniam (Orthopaedic surgeon, Centre for Sports and Shoulder and Elbow Surgery), and (centre) Dr Lim Mui Hong (Orthopaedic Surgeon, Sports Medicine and Surgery). Participants learnt about ailments such as the runner's knee, common running injuries of lower limbs, and preparation and recovery for a run. Registration for the July 16 ST Run has been extended until Wednesday, with the second clinic set for July 1.
