Indoor skydiving: Kyra Poh, 14, wins two titles at Indoor Skydiving Championships in Sydney

SINGAPORE - Despite being the youngest competitor in her category, 14-year-old Singaporean Kyra Poh came out on top in the open freestyle at the 2nd Indoor Skydiving Championships held in Sydney last Saturday (Aug 27).

Kyra beat more experienced competitors from countries like Estonia and Australia.

She was also part of a four-person team that took first place in the four-way "A" team category, beating 13 other teams.

Calling themselves Skyblockers Singapore, the rest of the team included 14-year-old Danelle Goh, and brothers Joshua Ming-De Lee, 14, and Jordan Ming-En Lee, 12.

Kyra will next compete in October's FAI World Cup of Indoor Skydiving in Poland. She will feature alongside Choo Yi Xuan, 15.
