Exercise regimen: I visit the gym five times a week. Every session, I work on different muscle groups - arms, chest, back and legs.

Diet: I prepare my own food before heading to school every day. I avoid eating fried food on weekdays because I save it for the weekends when I get to enjoy eating out with my family and friends.

Exercise regimen: I visit the gym four times a week. I focus on training a specific muscle group (shoulders, back, arms and legs) each day. If I have more time to spare, I walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes.

Diet: I wake up 30 minutes earlier every day to prepare my own breakfast and lunch. My favourite breakfast to go would be oatmeal with egg whites, chocolate protein powder and a dash of cinnamon. Lunch would be a simple pan-fried chicken fillet, which is lightly seasoned with black pepper and salt, along with asparagus and rice or sweet potatoes. Throughout the week, I'll allow myself to eat anything in moderation, as long as it fits into my daily macronutrient target.
