Exercise regimen: Since young, I've always enjoyed running and jogging. I would take part in various runs just for fun. Two years ago, I injured my right knee, which required surgery. It took me two months to recover and rehabilitate. Since then, I have found a freelance personal trainer, who has helped my recovery. My knee is stronger now and almost fully recovered, which has enabled me to resume my passion for jogging. I also do high-intensity interval training.

Diet: I used to eat a lot of junk food. But with the help of my personal trainer, I have cut back. It was worth the sacrifice - I lost 12kg over 10 months. Now, I stick to a diet of fish, chicken breast, brown rice and vegetables.

Exercise regimen: I go to the gym about three times a week. Once a week, I do indoor rock-climbing. I also attend a weekly muay thai class. I love the outdoors so, occasionally, I try to fit in a run in my busy schedule. I also enjoy hiking and trekking. I used to go wakeboarding, cable-skiing and cycling, but rarely have the time for these activities now.

Diet: I try to have chicken or salmon for dinner, with vegetables and a very small portion of carbohydrates. For breakfast, it's usually yogurt, fruits or toasted cereal.
