Exercise regimen: My workouts consist of cheerleader training for high-flying stunts and gymnastics four times a week.

Diet: I try to keep to a well-balanced diet but with an emphasis on a heavier breakfast to provide me with the energy I need to start my day. This consists of cereal, because I am usually in a hurry and it is the easiest to eat. My favourite sort of breakfast would be eggs and toast with a cup of hot chocolate. I stay away from high sugar content and extremely oily food; I enjoy Western food such as beef steak and salmon. I also like to snack on potato chips.

Exercise regimen: My favourite exercise is the bench press, and I never leave the gym without hitting the bench first. Before I enlisted in the army, my usual routine was gym before or after work. I also do cheerleading as a sport that helps me activate my legs and core muscles, which I do not train during my workout routine at the gym.

Diet: My food routine consists of three normal meals a day, with the occasional cheat day. Diet-wise, I limit my carbs and fatty food intake, and my philosophy is to work out for the food I want to eat. My favourite dishes are chicken rice, pasta and truffle fries.
