Exercise regimen: I go to the gym three times a week to do a full body workout for an hour; focusing on the chest, arms, abs and back. This is followed by a 5km run on the treadmill. I also canoe four times a week as this is a good cardio workout which builds stamina and tones my abs.
Diet: I eat almost everything but the key is a balanced diet. I incorporate fruits and vegetables into every meal. I avoid fried and oily food but I sometimes have a craving for french fries and chicken wings.

Exercise regimen: I go to the gym about three times a week, doing weight exercises which focus on my chest, shoulders, abs, back and arms.
Diet: I watch my intake of carbs and try to cut down on carbs, while making sure that I consume enough protein. I drink protein shakes after every gym workout. I avoid fried and oily food after 9pm. I have a weakness for desserts, especially hot chocolate, and have a "cheat day" for desserts once a week.
