Exercise regimen: Respecting our body is very important, and I do what I can to maintain a good figure aesthetically and healthily, by doing simple five-minute workouts every day. I play rugby and soccer but now, I am focusing on ballroom dancesport.
Diet: I eat anything on the plate. I usually have a heavy breakfast - eggs, onions and milk are a must. I will keep my lunch and dinner simple and filling. If there are days I eat more than I intended, I'll have to work out to lose the weight. A good diet is vital in maintaining a good body.
Esabella Tan, 20
Height: 1.6m Weight: 45kg
Exercise regimen: I enjoy evening runs to the beach. I also make it a point to hit the gym with friends but since I'm on internship and have less free time, I'm currently starting on some cross fit exercises. I also do sports like cross country running, and I play table tennis for my school as well.
Diet: I'm a true foodie so I do not restrict myself to any food in particular, but I always make sure to have a nutritionally balanced diet. I don't keep to any special diet but I enjoy starting my day with a healthy bowl of oats with lots of fresh fruits and nuts. I also take a special liking to sushi.
