Exercise regimen: I am a huge fan of calisthenics, commonly known as body-weight training. I train five to six times a week doing exercises such as pull-ups, dips, push-ups, squats and the more advanced variations, such as handstand push-ups and one-legged squats. I strive for more volume and more challenging variations. I incorporate sprints too as they keep me agile. Occasionally I do a full-body workout.
Diet: I use an app, MyFitnessPal, to track my calories and macronutrient consumption daily. It takes just five minutes a day and I can still enjoy all my favourite "cheat food" without sabotaging my fitness goals.

Exercise regimen: I take group-fitness classes twice a week. I usually do 200 push-ups, at least twice a week, to maintain the shape of my arms.
Diet: I drink my nutritional shake every morning. I do not have a strict diet but I don't really snack. As a vegetarian, I have a meal that consists of vegetables, tofu and beans.
