Undergraduate

Height: 1.8m Weight: 77kg

Exercise regimen: I work out at least five times a week. On Mondays and Tuesdays, I work on my legs. Wednesdays are for dragonboat training, Thursdays for my chest and back. Fridays for shoulders and arms, and the weekend for rowing. I also work on my abs at least thrice a week.

Diet: For breakfast, I eat organic plain oats with blueberries and banana. Lunch is brown rice with vegetables and egg. I have a wholemeal tuna sandwich in midafternoon and finally black or brown rice with spinach, carrots and broccoli for dinner. I stay clear of fried food and ice cream. But most importantly, I avoid sugar as much as possible. I also avoid items with flour such as white bread. I love to eat Japanese food and any kind of curry and spice.

Undergraduate

Height: 1.6m Weight: 52kg

Exercise regimen: I run twice a week for about 20 minutes, take walks whenever I can, and do a little static stretching and exercises before going to bathe. I plan to take up yoga and pilates classes soon to increase my overall fitness. I think it does not take a lot, just effort to keep active, even if it is moderate activity. I used to dance quite a bit but I don't do any other activities currently as school keeps me busy.

Diet: I have cereal and oats in the morning and fish porridge or bee hoon for lunch. I avoid having too much sugar and I do not really fancy fried or fast food. I do love Italian and Japanese food. I also have a sweet tooth, so I tend to reward myself when I have the chance.
