Exercise regimen: I go to the gym almost every day, except on weekends. I work on different parts of my body every session - my back, arms, chest, legs and shoulders. I also try to do light workouts and cardio-based exercises during my work shifts and play football and sepak takraw once in a while.
Diet: I avoid fatty meats and try to eat less carbohydrates. As I have a sweet tooth, I enjoy eating chocolate. I also like drinks such as peach tea but I have them with less sugar.

Exercise regimen: I do bouldering and rock climbing two to three times a week. When climbing, I build up endurance by traversing, which is moving sideways across a rock. I like slacklining as it is an unconventional sport and I like new challenges. It trains the core muscles and also requires you to be more focused. As a physical education teacher, I play different sports every week like basketball, badminton and volleyball.
Diet: I start my day with cereal, have three meals a day, and stay away from supper. I try to have lean meats and remove the skin. I also avoid caffeine.
