Height: 1.8m

Weight: 71kg

Exercise regimen: I work out two to three times a day, short workouts of 15-20 minutes. I usually do whatever I feel like: yoga, martial arts, calisthenics, running and climbing trees; just moving my body constantly. I also teach three to four classes a day of yoga, muay thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Diet: I do intermittent fasting. So I have nothing but water for most of my day. I eat during a four-hour window - usually carbs and vegetables, lots of fruit too.

Vera Soh, 25, Yoga teacher & programme coordinator

Height: 1.57m

Weight: 48kg

Exercise regimen: I teach yoga most days and practise on my own about three times a week. I work a lot on strength in the lower body, upper body, and torso (core). I use compound movements - many joint movements in one exercise to engage more muscle groups in a shorter time - to maximise my sessions. It is more about maintenance, sanity and health, rather than a better physique.

Diet: Regimental diet and exercise plans drove me crazy. I have managed to strike a balance by being open to all food groups, even "junk". I eat at least three meals a day and I also have chocolate, wine and cheese, sometimes salad and wraps. I eat when I feel like it and choose my food consciously. This habit of mindful eating has served me well.
