Exercise regimen: I train in a wide array of sports such as mixed martial arts, rock climbing, running, yoga and trekking on a regular basis. I also work on my muscular development during strength and conditioning sessions.
Diet: I eat less carbohydrates and avoid sweet foods. Naturally sweet products like fruit and vegetables are my alternative, so I eat salads and drink vegetable juice. I like eggs too. For meat, I'll eat fish because it is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids which are good for the skin. Lastly, I drink water on a regular basis.

Exercise regimen: I train four to five hours a day, five to six days a week. Training sessions consist of mixed martial arts as well as individual arts like grappling, wrestling and Muay Thai. I also have strength and conditioning sessions throughout the week.
Diet: When I'm preparing for a fight, I tend to keep to a clean diet of protein such as chicken breast or salmon, salads and fruit or vegetable smoothies. I have a sweet tooth so dieting is actually really hard for me. When I'm in off-season, I'm not so strict with my diet. However, I still train daily so I can't indulge too much.
