Exercise regimen: I go to the gym almost every day, except on weekends. I work on different parts of my body every session - my back, arms, chest, legs and shoulders. I also try to do light workouts and cardio-based exercises during my work shifts and play football and sepak takraw once in a while.

Diet: I usually eat twice a day - I skip breakfast and have a heavy meal of rice and meat for lunch. Dinner usually consists of a light sandwich. I avoid fast food and have it only around once a month. I also avoid oily food and always drink vitamin water.

Exercise regimen: Since I am a pole dancing trainer, I do lots of conditioning which includes handstands, lunges, squats and basically exercises which use body resistance. This training takes place 4-5 times a week.

Diet: I have oats for breakfast 2-3 times a week and try to include an abundance of fish and vegetables in my diet. I also consume fruits daily. I snack when I have cravings but avoid food with heavy flavouring.
