Going to be partying your Saturday night away at Johnnie Walker's Circuit Lounge party?

You could be getting a free ride home after an evening of hijinks.

As part of its Join the Pact campaign, the Scotch whisky house is teaming up with SMRT to offer free trips to patrons who pledge to not drink and drive by using the hashtag #ImNOTdriving on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.

To stand a chance of winning a ride home, all you have to do is show your pledge to the Johnnie Walker team which will be roving about Marina Bay Sands.

Singapore marks the launch of the global initiative in which Johnnie Walker will give away one million kilometres worth of free rides, in a bid to garner one million pledges.

"That's equivalent to circumnavigating the equator 25 times," Diageo Asia Pacific's category director of whisky Mark Sandys pointed out. "We are very excited to be working with SMRT to deliver the first 10,000km of safe rides home, right here in Singapore."

Reiterating that message was Formula One driver Sergio Perez, one of Johnnie Walker's global responsible drinking ambassadors. "Responsible drinking is a very important issue and as a driver with McLaren, I feel that it's my responsibility to use my position to reinforce this message to our fans around the world," the Mexican said.
