SINGAPORE - Former national swimmer Joscelin Yeo has given birth to her third child, a boy, The New Paper reported on Saturday.
Yeo, 35, who is the Singapore Swimming Association vice-president (swimming), already has two boys with husband Joseph Purcell, who works in New Creation Church. Sean is three years old while David is one.
She retired from competitive swimming in 2007, after a glittering career as one of Singapore's most-decorated athletes. Yeo took part in four Olympic games and four Asian Games, and won 40 SEA Games gold medals in seven appearances.
She was also named Sportswoman of the Year three times.
