MONACO SIGN GASPAR

French champions Monaco have secured the signing of 20-year-old full-back Jordy Gaspar from Lyon on a three-year deal.

The transfer could pave the way for the departure of either Benjamin Mendy or Djibril Sidibe.

DONNARUMMA SEEKS MOVE

Gianluigi Donnarumma has put Europe's elite clubs on alert after deciding not to renew his contract with Italy's AC Milan.

The 18-year-old goalkeeper made 68 Serie A appearances for Milan and four for Italy since making his breakthrough in October 2015 and some outstanding performances have attracted global interest.

DUO COST EVERTON $95M

Everton have launched the biggest spending spree in their history by signing the Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford and the Ajax midfielder Davy Klaassen in deals totalling £54 million (S$95.4 million).

Both players signed five-year contracts on Thursday as Everton, funded by major shareholder Farhad Moshiri, moved swiftly to secure two of Ronald Koeman's main summer targets.
