LONDON • Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has agreed a two-year contract extension that will keep him at White Hart Lane until 2021.
The Argentinian has become one of England's most feted coaches after guiding Spurs to second place in the Premier League.
"I believe in this project and this club. I want to stay here," Pochettino told reporters. "It was an easy decision when you feel the love of the people and the potential of the club is massive."
The 44-year-old's contract extension is a coup for Spurs, after his name was linked with major clubs in Europe, including French domestic treble winners Paris Saint-Germain.
