Football fans got more than they bargained for when they realised Julia Roberts was among them at Manchester United's Premier League home game against West Ham on Sunday.
The Oscar-winning actress was watching the game together with her family, including her husband, cinematographer Daniel Moder.
CNN said the 49-year-old actress was seen chatting with Coleen Rooney, the wife of England captain Wayne Rooney, and injured United midfielder Michael Carrick.
The game will also be remembered for United boss Jose Mourinho being sent off after he burst into anger at a referee's decision. The game ended in a 1-1 draw, with Diafra Sakho scoring for West Ham in the second minute, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic getting one in in the 21st minute.
Roberts and her three children were later invited onto the pitch, after the game ended.
