Exercise regimen: My daily workout consists of a mix of cardiovascular, strength/muscle conditioning and flexibility work. To prevent loss of muscle mass, I limit my cardiovascular training to teaching zumba twice a week, with each class lasting an hour. Most of my focus is on resistance training, switching between calisthenics and using gym equipment every alternate day.
Diet: I am not very strict with my diet, as long as I do not exceed 2,500 calories a day. I have cupcake and chocolate cravings but I try to avoid giving in. When I do not have the time to cook, I buy foods such as Smoothie King wraps and shakes and Toss & Turn salads

Exercise regimen: I teach zumba, KpopX fitness and dance at least six days a week. In between classes, I do planks, tricep dips, crunches and lunges. I also stretch at the end of each day.
Diet: I start my day with a protein shake. To keep my metabolism high, I aim to eat every 3-4 hours. I go for good carbohydrates such as brown rice or wholemeal pasta. I eat at least two types of fruits daily, drink fresh fruit juices three times a week and tuck into a good-quality salad twice a week. I occasionally indulge in dessert and fried food.
