Football: Zulkhair and Haidil join U-21 side for friendlies in Iran

SINGAPORE - Two players have been added to the national Under-21 football squad who are travelling to Iran for two upcoming friendly matches.

Balestier Khalsa's 18-year-old midfielder Zulkhair Mustaffa will be replacing Garena Young Lions' Taufiq Muqminin, 19, who has been ruled out of the games owing to injury.

In addition, Hougang United's midfielder Haidil Sufian Rosli, 20, has been called up to the 21-player squad.

The Singapore U-21 team will face Iran's U-21 side in two friendly matches on Saturday and next Monday at the Enghelab Stadium in Karaj.
