London (AFP) - Spanish defender Kiko Femenia and Austrian goalkeeper Daniel Bachmann signed for English Premier League side Watford on Saturday.
Femenia, 26, is a former Spanish youth international and joins on a four-year contract from LaLiga outfit Alaves, whom he helped to finish ninth last season.
He made 77 appearances for Alaves over two seasons, including playing a pivotal role in their promotion from the Spanish second tier in his first campaign.
"The Hornets are delighted to confirm the signing of Spanish right-back Kiko Femenia," read a statement on the club website.
Austrian under-21 international Bachmann penned a three-year deal after spending six seasons at Premier League rivals Stoke City.
Bachmann, who has been called up to the senior Austrian squad on two occasions, has had loan spells at Wrexham, Scottish side Ross County and Bury.
