Thailand will face the Philippines in the AFF Suzuki Cup semi-finals after they cemented top spot in Group B with a 2-0 victory over Myanmar.
Goals from midfielder Tanaboon Kesarat and Prakit Deeprom in the 11th and 83rd minutes respectively won the game for the War Elephants.
Tanaboon opened the scoring in the first half, receiving a back-heel from Sarawut Masuk just outside the penalty box before rifling a shot that went in off the crossbar.
Prakit then curled home a free kick 30 metres out from goal seven minutes from the end to seal Thailand's third win in as many games in the AFF Cup.
They will take on the Philippines, who finished runners-up in Group A, away next Saturday, while Malaysia, who finished runners-up in Group B after defeating Singapore 3-1, will face Group A winners Vietnam at home a day later.
