Football: Red faces as Manchester City stadium now 'owned by Klopp', claims Wikipedia

Following Manchester City's 4-1 home defeat to Liverpool in the Premier League, the Wikipedia page relating to the club's City of Manchester Stadium has been edited to suggest the ground has been renamed the Liverpool Under-19 Training Ground.

"As of 22/11/2015, it has been renamed as Liverpool FC U19 Training Ground in honor (sic) of the utter humiliation suffered by the Manchester City first team at the hands of the Liverpool FC first team," reads the edited entry.

The edited article also claims that the stadium's owner is now the Liverpool manager Juergen Klopp, while the article states that the ground's operator is the Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino.

Manuel Pellegrini was furious at his side's performance in the defeat, saying it had been a "complete disaster".

"I am more than angry, it is difficult to understand why we played so poorly," the City manager said.

"In defence, in attack and in possession I have never seen my team play in the way they played tonight. It was not one name or another name who was to blame it was the whole team. I was not happy with the performance of all 11 players. It was a complete disaster."
