Diving and faking injuries are generally the most common ways to cheat in football, but Santos FC striker Leandro Damiao might just have invented his own form of play-acting with his on-camera antics.

The one-time Tottenham Hotspur target, while playing in a league match against Criciuma - which his team lost 3-0 to on Sunday - tugged at his own shirt in the penalty area in a bid to win a penalty.

Thankfully, the referee wasn't conned, and cameras picked up his pathetic attempt to deceive the match officials.
