Albirex Niigata's players and staff celebrating with the S-League trophy despite being thrashed 5-1 by Tampines Rovers in the final match of the season at Jalan Besar Stadium last night. The Japanese developmental side had sealed their first S-League title on Oct 14, while Tampines finished second in the nine-team standings for the second year in a row.
