Football fans will have plenty to look forward to in next year's Fifa World Cup, with Friday night's draw lining up a series of clashes between top teams, even at the group stage.

British media dubbed Group D the "Group of Death", with England set to fight for the two qualifying spots against Italy and Uruguay. Group G is another tricky group, with Cristiano Ronaldo-led Portugal set to face off against tournament favourites Germany and African dark horse Ghana.
