Home United have secured a record sixth Singapore Cup after a crushing 4-1 win over S-League rival Tanjong Pagar United at Jalan Besar Stadium.

French left-back Sirina Camara opened the scoring after 12 minutes when he rifled the ball into the net from close-range after playmaker Lee Kwan Woo's corner had caused chaos inside the Jaguars' box.

Two minutes later, another accurate free-kick from ex-South Korea international Lee was headed home by defender Kwon Dak Yung.

In the 27th minute, Lee scored the third when he connected with midfielder Hafiz Rahim's low cross from the right.

Tanjong Pagar, who had defender Walid Lounis sent-off in the 88th minute for collecting two bookings, scored a consolation in the 89th minute when French playmaker Kamel Ramdani tapped in after Home goalkeeper Shahril Jantan's fumble.

But Protectors defender Sofiyan Abdul Hamid netted a fourth for his side three minutes into stoppage time.

Home's previous Singapore Cup wins came in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2011.
