National sprinters Shanti Pereira, Dipna Lim-Prasad and Calvin Kang were among those who hit the treadmills yesterday at the Run for Good event organised by isotonic sports drink brand 100Plus at the Kallang Wave Mall. For each kilometre the athletes ran, 100Plus donated $50 to SportCares - a youth enrichment programme initiated by Sport Singapore. Members of the public can also take part today and tomorrow at the Kallang Wave Mall from 11am to 8pm. For every kilometre on the treadmill, 100Plus will make a $10 contribution to SportCares.
