The Straits Times and Standard Chartered Bank are looking for 40 teams comprising members of the public to take part in next year's Standard Chartered Trophy.
There will also be 40 invited corporate teams joining the competition, whose grand prize is a trip to play on Liverpool Football Club's hallowed Anfield ground.
The bank, the main sponsor of the English giants, is organising the five-a-side futsal tournament for the third year running.
The winning team will get an all-expenses paid trip to Liverpool in May next year where they will represent Singapore and play against teams from Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe. It also includes training under Liverpool FC coaches at the club's academy, mentor programmes with former Reds legends, as well as a ticket to Liverpool's last home game of the season.
John Barnes, in town to support Sunday's Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore, also helped to launch the SC Trophy at Swissotel The Stamford.
A mentor at this year's finals, he said: "The selected team will get to train at the Liverpool Academy, where I'll be among the many mentors to hand out advice and tips. So it's time to polish up your football skills and take part."
The tournament is open to fans of all football clubs.
Registration will begin in January next year, via ST's EPL microsite. Stay tuned for details.
