It was a night of good food and celebration as Singapore's cerebral palsy footballers gathered with about 400 guests - including Minister for Culture, Community and Youth Grace Fu - in a post-Asean Para Games (APG) appreciation dinner at Yuhua Community Club yesterday evening. One of the evening's highlights saw team captain and goal-scoring defender Khairul Anwar (second from right), receiving the team's commemorative kit, stitched with the APG logo and an image of the bronze medal the side won on home soil, from Darren Chua (right), director of the CP Lions' apparel sponsor Dreamatron Sports Marketing.
