INDIA U-23s emphatically beat the United Arab Emirates by 46 runs at Kallang to reach the final of the Asian Cricket Council's Emerging Teams Cup, being played in Singapore, on Friday.

In the other semi-final, Pakistan U-23s managed a one-wicket win over Sri Lanka U-23s at the Padang.

Both matches had moments when the underdogs had the upper-hand, but they could not quite pull off victories.
