Anglo Chinese School (Independent) completed a sweep of this year's schools national cricket titles when they beat Raffles Institution by 15 runs in the C Division final on Wednesday.

Batting first after losing the toss at the Indian Association ground, ACS(I) put up 92-8 in 20 overs, with Vinit Mehta contributing 28 and Atharva Gune 16.

RI bowlers did well, with Raoul Sharma taking 2-7 and Vedant Ravikiran 2-18.

In reply, RI's openers piled up 36 runs in 7.5 overs.

But once the opening batsmen were separated by a run out, wickets fell steadily as the ACS(I) boys applied pressure via tight bowling and fielding.

Arnaav Chabria took 3-14 and ACS(I) effected three more run outs as RI mustered only 77-9 in 20 overs.

For RI, Aryan Badhe scored 15 runs and Avinash Elangovan 13.

Earlier in the season, ACS(I) beat RI in the A Division final and Victoria School in the B Division final.
