National sprinter Timothee Yap (second from right) got a dream debut in Rio yesterday when he competed alongside the world’s fastest man Usain Bolt (third from left) in the heats of the 100m. The Singaporean, two lanes away from the Jamaican, clocked 10.79sec to finish ninth in his heat and will not progress to the semi-finals. Bolt eased to a 10.07sec to advance.
