WASHINGTON - Al Jefferson had his third double-double of the season with 26 points and 10 rebounds as the Charlotte Hornets rolled to an easy 113-88 victory over the winless Philadelphia 76ers in the National Basketball Association on Friday.

He scored 14 of his points in the first quarter as the Hornets jumped on the Sixers quickly and never trailed. He had 18 by half-time, then sat and watched much of the second half with the Hornets comfortably ahead.

Highlights of other NBA games:

Celtics 120 Nets 95: Boston's Avery Bradley reached double figures for the fourth straight game, finishing with a game-high 21 points off the bench to power the Celtics to a 120-95 rout of the Brooklyn Nets at TD Garden.

The guard has scored 18 or more points in each of his last three games, averaging 20 during that span. Bradley now has five outings with 18 points or more in November.

Pelicans 104 Spurs 90: Ryan Anderson scored a game-high 30 points and Anthony Davis added 20 and 18 rebounds to power the New Orleans Pelicans to a 104-90 upset victory over the San Antonio Spurs at Smoothie King Center.

The victory was only the second in 13 games for the injury-riddled Pelicans and it snapped the Spurs' six-game winning streak.

Pistons 96 Timberwolves 86: Andre Drummond scored 21 points and added 11 rebounds as the Detroit Pistons erased a second-half deficit in a 96-86 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves at Target Center.

Drummond, who was limited to four points in the first half, scored 15 points in the third quarter alone as the Pistons finished the frame on a 21-11 run, turning a seven-point deficit into a three-point lead heading into the fourth.

Grizzles 96 Rockets 84: Memphis point guard Mike Conley scored a game-high 26 points and Marc Gasol had 16, 11 assists and 11 rebounds as the Grizzlies defeated the Houston Rockets 96-84 at FedExForum.

The Grizzlies (7-6) have won four straight.

Anthony made nine of 20 shots from the field and grabbed five rebounds. Arron Afflalo scored 14 points for New York and Lance Thomas came off to bench to score 12.
