Basketball Association of Singapore pens 2-year deal with Kin Teck Tong

SINGAPORE - The Basketball Association of Singapore (BAS) has signed a two-year partnership with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) service provider Kin Teck Tong (KTT) at Kallang Wave Mall to provide its treatment services to national and age-group basketball players.

The partnership is worth an estimated $200,000 over two years with an option of a renewal every year.

Each national athlete will be entitled to a $1,000 package to undergo treatment, which includes acupuncture and herbal medication, for their sports-related injuries at KTT for a year. Younger age-group players and BAS committee members will enjoy discounted packages.

This is KTT's second collaboration with a National Sports Association within two months, after a similar one-year deal was agreed with Singapore Athletics last December.
