Asean Para Games: Thailand continue shooting dominance with another two golds

SINGAPORE - It was business as usual for Thailand on the third day of the Asean Para Games (APG) shooting competition, as they won both golds at stake at Yishun Safra on Sunday.

Thailand has won all six golds on offer at the APG so far.

In the R5 10M Air Rifle Prone Mixed SH2 event, Chatchai Senachan, a World Cup silver medallist, took home the gold with a score of 210.3 points, with compatriot Tanong Channam finishing with 209.3. Indonesia's Bolo Triyanto finished third with 188.1.

Singapore's Aishah Samad ended the day in fourth place with 166.9.

In the R3 10m Air Rifle Prone Mixed SH1 competition, Thailand's Atidet Intanon (210.2), Woraprat Sirisak (206.7) and Jiradet Rodtapao (185.9) finished in the top three places.

However, the APG's diplomatic rules meant bronze was awarded to Indonesia's Aris Haryadi (165.4) instead.
