Little Heartstrings, made up of young musicians aged six to 14, playing the violin for a patient, Mr Khairi, as part of the MusicFest@SGH yesterday.

The event, now in its fifth year, had more than 250 volunteer musicians taking music to the Singapore General Hospital campus.

They performed in the wards as well as other areas such as outpatient clinics and public spaces. The day of music ended with a concert finale in the evening.
